A Little History
L&T Stone Supplies was formed in 2003 by Simon Ratcliffe. It was formed after the retirement of his father from the family firm, Hardrock. L & T moved into the premises in Miry Lane in 2006.
Simon’s family has been involved within the stone industry for generations, and the formation of his own company was due to the influence and knowledge of his family.
Family is important to Simon and this is portrayed through the name of the business; Lewis and Thomas, his two sons, provide the L & T.

L&T Go Green
L&T Stone have just invested in a REMU XO2090 Bucket with a SB Screening and SB Shredding Module aswell as an MB C50 Crushing Bucket to help eliminate waste. This increases the useability of the product rather than sending it to a landfill. In the video below Simon talks about the benefits it has to the company and shows the machinery in use.
